A better world is possible.
But we can’t win a better world without mass movements.
And we can’t build mass movements
without hope strong enough to move the masses.
And we can’t build that kind of hope
unless we truly believe
a better world is possible.

From embers of the fallen ashes,
A better world is possible.
But a better world won’t build itself.
Movements don’t appear from outta nowhere.
Hope doesn’t arise from silence.
To spark anything real,
we need a shared vision.
A vision of the world we deserve.

Defiance.

A world where we connect every struggle.
Where every liberation touches one another.
Where we see through the divisions
elites create to keep us isolated,
to keep us weak,
to keep us afraid of one another.
Because we can’t build a new world
without solidarity.
And we can’t build solidarity
without recognizing each other’s humanity.
And we can’t recognize each other’s humanity
until we recognize our own.

What they could never take away.
What you’ve always known to be true.
There’s a better way.
And it’s in you.
